INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

We may collect and process the following data about you:
  • Information you give us. You may give us information about you by registering for our service, to include name, contact information (telephone number, postal address, email address, etc.), business details, and so on
  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Website.
  • If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
  • We may also ask you to complete surveys to help us improve the platform, although you do not have to respond to them.
  • Information we collect about you. When you use the application we may automatically collect technical information, your login information, device type and version, time zone setting and platform to ensure availability and performance.

USES MADE OF THE INFORMATION

We use information held about you in the following ways:
  • Where you register with us for services we will use your personal information to provide those services to you including access to the Court Concierge platform and customer support.
  • Where you use the application to interact with the Court Concierge platform we will maintain a record of those interactions.
  • to administer our site and for internal operations, including troubleshooting data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes
  • to improve our site to ensure that content is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your devices
  • to allow you to participate in interactive features of our service, when you choose to do so.

Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from others in our partner network, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We do not share your information with third parties. We may share aggregate usage data with our service providers and third parties to demonstrate our products and services (we have x customers using the Court Concierge platform).

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to and stored at a destination inside North america. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with applicable legislation, including the use of encryption and strictly enforced access policies.

All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone and create a unique and strong password that isn’t used for any other service or purpose.

One year after service termination, we will purge all copies of data pertaining to you, your members, and your business. We may retain contact information for the purpose of correspondence about our products and services.

CHILDREN

We do not knowingly advertise to children and any information about children is only collected to allow them to use the service, with the consent of their guardians, as members of a respective club or business that we serve.
